Microsoft could be announcing Gear of War on Xbox One very soon by the looks of things.
The official Xbox YouTube Channel has uploaded a video of the “Gears of War 3: Midnight Launch Events”. It’s a video that has been uploaded on April 9th, 2015. The content of the video is old, but it’s the upload date that is suspicious.
Gears of War 3 came out way back in 2011, so there must be a reason why Microsoft has uploaded such a video in 2015. The only logical reason could be that Microsoft is now ready to announce Gears of War for Xbox One. We do know Black Tusk Studios is working on a new Gears of War game. However, Microsoft is yet to share any details of the new game.
It’s worth noting Microsoft uploaded a video about Gears of War 3 and not Gears of War: Judgment. Judgment is the last game to be released for the series, but it was a prequel. Microsoft reminding people that the third game of the series exists is further evidence that Gears of War on Xbox One is ready to be announced very soon.
We still don’t know whether or not Microsoft is to announce Gears of War 4, or an HD remastered collection. In either case, it looks like something is happening very soon.
